1. What makes you decide to join PERSTIMA |

I decided to join PERSTIMA upon completing my first interview although the management had not yet decided to recruit me. The working environment of the Sales office is clean & tide, and I felt a person could perform well in this good environment. Besides this, the benefits provided to staff are attractive such as EPF and medical coverage. |

2. What do you do in Sales department? |
 |
My role is as a sales administrator in the Sales department. I manage & control the instructions relayed to the factory in producing tinplate based on customer daily orders. |

3. What motivates you in your job? |

The feeling of happiness when I successfully fulfill and exceed in servicing a customer’s sudden order request or needs. |

4. Any advice for future colleagues? |
 |
